My cooking triumphs
KHEEMA!! I can make pretty good Kheema and it only gets better every time I do it. Kheema is a Pakistani/Indian dish that's mostly made with either ground beef or ground chicken...great with puti or roti.
My cooking tragedies
RICE! My rice needs a lot of work...I can't tell you how many pots of rice I've thrown out...and also I can't seem to find a way of cooking chicken and keeping it moist.
