World's Best Lasagna
WOW!!! I made this for a birthday dinner and what a hit! My picky italian husband gave it 2 thumbs up. I did as others said and increased the ground beef to 1 1/4 lb. and omitted the extra salt from the sauce, also soaked the lasagna noodles in very hot water for 30 minutes instead of boiling. It turned out to be the best lasagna I've ever made and likely ever had. I would def. make this again. The only thing it could have used was perhaps a bit more ricotta, but all said and done, I think even if you followed the recipe as is, it would still be a 5 star recipe!!! Thanks and this one is at the top of my recipe box!
