I work from home part-time so I am able to cook almost every evening. Every once in a while I have "chef's block" and allrecipes.com usually comes to the rescue. Great variety and most importantly everyone usually likes the dish! Love cooking and eating food from the Caribbean region. I also love Indian food but don't cook much since I'm the only one who eats it. I am assimilating my 3 year old though. :) Having my daughters "help" me cook.
