Moo Goo Gai Pan
This recipe was great. I wouldn't change a thing. My husband is not a big fan of asian food, and even he loved this dish. The leftovers we're even better the next day. I bought wonton soup from the chinese restaurant as an appetizer, served white rice on the side and made homemade fortune cookies for dessert. Lots of fun without alot time.

Twice-Baked Potatoes Supreme
So good. I get so bored with regular baked potatoes. This recipe is better if you bake them in the oven first, however in a pinch I tried it with microwaved potatoes and they we're still great.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
This sauce was excellent. My husband can't stop talking about it. I ended up using jarred roasted red peppers. I didn't have any Cream so I used milk instead and just added a little extra cheese to thicken it up. Definently a keeper.
