Mediterranean Medley Salad
This was a fresh and delicious salad for using abundant August vegetables. I didn't have olives or feta on hand, but it was still really good. Thanks!

Lentil Bulgur Salad
This was good, but maybe next time, I will try to add a can of diced tomatoes as another reviewer said. It was slightly dry to me, but my husband loved it, and he's picky, so that says a lot!
