Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Halved the meatballs and made sauce per recipe, thus double the sauce. Still made about 40 meatballs. Loved it!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Used only a generous 1/4 c of cornstarch in the last can of chicken broth, omitting the water. Good with 2% milk. Makes a big batch. We thought it was great!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I added some frozen peas and carrots. Very easy and tasty, next best thing to homemade. It's easy to make half the recipe, too, if you're cooking for two or three.
