Stuffed Jalapenos III
These are great!!!! I had some leftover cajun chicken, so I diced it up and added it to the cream cheese along with about 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. I wrapped it in turkey bacon and they were sooo yummy!!! I will make these again!

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
I made a test batch a few days ago, brought them to work and they dissapeared real fast. I did have to change to recipe a bit though, it came out way too dry. So I added an extra egg to the mix and it was still a bit dry, but I was able to hand roll them in to balls and bake them. They turned out great, but not the best!!
