Simple White Cake
Wonderful, simple cake. Tastes old-fashioned and is particularly good with the 'best buttercream frosting' also on this site. I would recommend the high altitude adjustments suggested on this site (less baking powder, higher temp) for others who live in areas over 5,000 ft, though!

Best Buttercream Frosting
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT flavor. This frosting tastes like something my Grandma would have made. It is absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, forms up well and gives a wonderful homemade taste to any cake. I used it on the 'simple white cake' from this site and it was WONDERFUL!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III
WOW. This stuff should come with a warning on it! Unbelievably delicious when made exactly to the recipe specs. I am super picky about coffee cake, and this one is the best I have ever eaten. Can't wait to add fresh berries when they are in season! WONDERFUL!
