Chewy Oatmeal Cherry Toffee Crisps
These were great! I substituted whole wheat flour and the oats I used were 5 grain (Red Mill). These changes didn't make the cookies taste "too healthy" (not that the are!) - probably due to the amount of sugar and sweetness from the chips. Only wish they were a tad bit chewier, however I will play around with my next batch as I have some dough frozen.

Nacho Cheese Sauce
Great for that processed-cheese-sauce craving. Don't use this as some gourmet cheese dip - it tastes similar to jarred cheese sauces or the kind you get at ball games. I stirred in salsa to the milk mixture, and next time will add some chopped jalapenos as it was still a tad bland. I'm thinking topped with ground beef would make a nice dip for a crowed.

Chocolate Brittle Surprise
Tastes like you spent hours making these! Actually, most people don't believe me when I say I didn't buy them from a gourmet store! I get asked to bring these everywhere. The only change I made was using 1 cup of chocolate chips...I feel too makes them too chocolatey and takes away from the delish toffee. One time I made them I realized too late I didn't have chocolate chips, but I had left over Turtles so I chopped them and used them instead and that was divine! So don't be afraid to experiment with different chocolate toppings.
