Tofu Parmigiana
I cook with Tofu all the time and this was a great tofu recipe! It was so easy my 9 year old pretty much made the whole thing by herself, with a little help from me with the stove!

Jalapeno Hummus
Yum. I have been searching for a good hummus recipe and this one is GREAT! I made it exactly as the directions said and it turned out perfect. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Cookies 'n Cream Cake
Good recipe. I have used the icing recipe for several different cakes and it always turned out well.
