Accidental Grilled Chicken Salad
Loved this recipe; my husband found it! I'm not a fan of traditional chicken salad, so this was right up my alley! Didn't have many mushrooms on hand, so I grilled what I had and then dumped a small can of mushrooms into the mix when I added the mayo. Added a bit of garlic as well and served on fresh whole wheat bread with avocado slices and american cheese; it was delicous and now a fav in our house!

Buckeye Cookies III
These were, good but a lot of work and overly sweet - sweeter than a peanut butter cup even. Next time I'll add a full cup to a cup and a half of graham cracker crumbs in place of the same amt of sugar that should mellow out the sweetness a bit. My husband is a true choco-holic too so it take a lot for something to be too sweet for him!

Stuffed Pork Chops with Gorgonzola and Apple
This was very yummy, my husband really enjoyed it as well. I used about 1C to 1 1/2 Cup of apple for our stuffing, when it cooks down there didn't seem to be much there. I also dusted the pork shop with seasoning salt and garlic pepper once it was stuffed before baking. Also, on the sauce mine never really browned, so I added two teaspoons of cornstarch to the last 1/4 C of chicken broth and it thickened right up with no impact to the flavor. Loved the sauce might try it on pasta with chicken soon!
