Country Apple Cobbler
I substituted pears for this recipe, as the kids had eaten all the apples I thought I had to make this. I cute down on the sugar as pears are sweeter, and it turned out wonderful. Going to make again this holiday season. It was a big hit.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake II
I have had great luck with this recipe. It receives rave reviews everytime I make it. It's great plain or with fruit. The cake stays very moist in the center. And it freezes beautifully.
