Pizzadillas

These were great and fun and easy for the week night dinner. We had to use plain flour tortilla's because my grocery didn't have the other wraps. This is going in our rotation because of the ease of the recipe and because it is so dang cheap to make!!

This was pretty good and I already had all the ingredients on hand so it did live up to it's name. We used whole wheat pasta and Smart Balance to make it a bit healthier.

Yummy Artichoke Dip

I've taken this to a few parties and it is always enjoyed. I cut the mayo down to 1/2 cup, it ends up to greasy on the top and it is too much fat if you do a whole cup.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

I have no idea what went wrong with this recipe, followed everything to a T and my husband wouldn't even eat it. I thought it looked so good and it got so many good reviews I thought it was going to be. I will try it again, just to see if it was an off day for our taste buds.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I have been making this for awhile and it is ALWAYS the first dip to go. I never warm anything up first, I just mix it really well in the pan I am baking it in and go. I have even used the crockpot for this and it worked well, also on low for 3 hours.

My husband loved these so much I thought he was going to eat all of them!! So simple and quick and easy, too. I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was good!! This recipe is now in our monthly rotation.

Chicken and Mushroom Saute

Pretty good recipe. I made it the first time as written then the second time with my changes. I used chicken broth instead of the boullion/water mix and I used fresh minced garlic (about 4 cloves) and fresh mushrooms. Both times I served with mashed potatoes. I will make it again.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

I LOVED THESE!! Here in Georgia, especially in the fall, you can find some great apples. There is even an Apple Festival, which is where I got the apples to make this wonderful dish. I served with mashed sweet potatoes and sauteed green beans. It truly captured the flavors of fall. We will make this again for sure!

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is the best Chicken Cordon Bleu I have ever made. The only change I made was adding a pinch of nutmeg and salt and pepper to the flour mixture. Absolutely perfec!! The sauce was the perfect addition. Thanks!

Savory Crescent Chicken

I have been making a similar version of this recipe for years and years....I use italian bread crumbs and add a little more spice (whatever I am feeling at that time) I then use cream cheese and lemon pepper seasoning for the filling. I melt the butter and after filling the rolls I roll them in the melted butter and roll them in the bread crumbs. Never bland this way, always gets rave compliments.

Apple Crisp II

I wish I could give it ten stars or more...this recipe was awesome!! I will never use a different recipe again. I used half Red Gala Apple and half Granny Smith and doubled the topping and I did not use any water. It was perfect, still very moist with the perfect amount of sweetness. I will never use another apple crisp recipe again!!
