Flatlander Chili
Perfect!!! The best chili I ever made was from this recipe. It was a hit in my house and the recipe that I am sticking with from now on.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Super yummy!!! I would leave some of the sauce for dipping. It soooo good. The first time I sauteed the onions to soften them because my husband is not a big onion fan but I forgot the second time. If you do not like crunchy onions, saute them first. Also, make sure to use ground sirloin. The second time I used ground round and it wasn't as good. And I love the bread on the bottom of the pan, it works really well. I gave it to my dogs as a treat.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
It was a hit! I used bacon but next time I am going to try sausage. I like having the option.
