This was awesome! We made it this morning for breakfast exactly as stated. We put chopped banana in the pan before pouring the batter in and served with warm maple syrup. Then we listened to Jack Johnson while having breakfast. :)

Very good cookie, I wish it were a little more chewy but it is fabulous. I used Grapeseed oil because it is all I had. It is really tasty.

Newport Clam Chowder

Oh my goodness! This is the best! We made it pretty much exactly as stated, only we used 4 cans whole baby clams and 2 cans chopped clams and the juice instead of fresh. WOW! We'll be making this over and over, our new favorite chowder recipe! Thanks!

What an easy fantastic quick fix for your sweet tooth! Made it exactly as the directions said, (stuffed with cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmet and topped with butter) 4 min in the microwave and YUM. We used Jonagold apples and it was FABULOUS.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
What a great recipe. I did what others suggested and added my favorite spices to the oil and then mixed it into the yeast mixture. Then I added the flour 1c at a time and when it was completeley in (I doubled the recipe) I used the dough hook on my kitchen aid mixer, turned it on 4 and let it "knead" for 5 minutes. Then I rolled it out and placed in stone baking pans for "pan pizza". WOW! The family RAVED and both pizza's... GONE. We'll definately make this over and over. Thank you!

Caramel Chocolate Corn

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
Uh oh... I wish it wasn't so EASY! Now my family wants this All the time. I have found that spreading foil on the counter and spraying it with cooking spray makes the clean up a breeze! *update April 09* We now add cashews instead of peanuts and omit the chocolate but sprinkle very sparinly a litlte salt over the caramel corn just afer spreading it out on the foil... heavenly. :)

Grandma's English Muffin Bread

I don't understand. Maybe you can't make it without a bread maker. I tried it with my kitchenaid dough hook and I proofed the yeast first... it hardly rose at all. I have flat bread. It looks ridiculous. Bummer.

Orange Beef-Style Tofu Stir-Fry

This recipe is wonderful. I used somen noodles. I also sauteed carrot shavings, diced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and some green onion. I substituted sweet chili sauce for the chili paste and then for extra "heat" I sauteed the veggies in Hot Chili Oil. It was a Hit!

I love this easy recipe, I've made it several times now and the only changes I've made is that I do use 1 pound of Jimmy Dean "hot" sausage in place of the ground beef and whole wheat no cook noodles. It is so great, even better the next day. Thank you for a wonderful easy entree.

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
I tried this recipe tonight and it is fabulously easy and delicious. In addition to the other ingredients, I added one chopped apple, 1/4 chopped purple onion, and dried cranberries because I didn't have raisins. I also added 1 tsp of corriander. I put the halved and seeded squash cut side down in a dish and in the microwave for 15 minutes. It only took me about 30 minutes start to finish. Thank you for this wonderful recipe!!

What a quick easy recipe. I added canned diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce, canned corn, and used minute rice. The whole family liked it and the time from prep to table was snappy.
