Spinach Tomato Tortellini
This was delicious. Like others suggested, I added more garlic, mushrooms and a splash of white wine. Used half and half instead of cream/milk. Came out great! My 16year old wanted sausage in it (maybe next time)but I figured a meatless meal wouldn't hurt anyone. This will be great when the weather gets colder. A real hearty meal.

Easy Lemon Bars
These were excellent. I wasn't sure at first if I was going to like them, but they came out great - especially after chilling for a day in the fridge. I used extra lemon juice (not sure how much, just used a large lemon and squoze the heck out of it). Great flavor. Hubby suggests using part oil and part butter for the cake mix to give the crust a more buttery flavor. Will try that and let you know.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This recipe was just ok. It was really easy to prepare, but didn't have a whole lot of flavor. I even added a screamin hot sauce to kick it up. The sauce was watery and the meat really didn't absorb the flavor. Will stick with pulled pork sandwiches instead.
