This chicken was SOO good!! We all really enjoyed it, even my 22 month old loved it! Super crispy, very tasty and surprisingly moist!! I made only a few changes...Instead of all-purpose flour, I used Tempura Batter Mix and since some reviews said that the chicken was kind of bland, I put about 1 tsp of garlic salt & 1 tsp pepper in to the beaten egg...YUM! Absolutely PERFECT! Will definitely be making this again!!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Persian Cucumber Yogurt (Maast-o Khiar)

My husband is Persian and he just loved this! He said it was better than his mother's=) From having eaten this before, I did leave out the garlic as I don't remember it having garlic in there and it was the exact flavor I expected. We ate it with lavash(flat bread) and Kabob...YUM!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were absolutely delicious!! Even my 18-month old loved them(especially the topping!!). I think next time I'll add a few more bananas though as I felt they could have used a little bit more banana flavor. Other than that, they are PERFECT!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

"Best Chocolate Chip Cookies" is right!!! These were sooo good! Very moist and flavorful. The only change I made was I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, as other's suggested. They came out perfect and I definitely will be making these again=)

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

I would give these 10 stars if I could:) Absolutely delicious and super easy to make!! Perfect just the way they are, but instead of regular salt, we added garlic salt & garlic powder just because we LOVE garlic!!!!! Thanks for the recipe=)

Honeyed Sweet Potatoes

Sorry but nobody liked this AT ALL! Waaaay too much honey and not much of anything else. I even sprinkled cinnamon and ground ginger on them before putting them in the oven like other's suggested and that still didn't help. I definately will not be making these again.

Hawaiian French Toast

Yummy! This was delicious!!!! Very moist and flavorful. I didn't have the rum extract, so I used 1 tsp coconut rum instead and it still came out great=)

Filipino Lumpia

I've tried several kinds of lumpia, and these were just ok....not my favorite though. My husband loves every type of food out there and HE didn't even care for these too much.

Fried Apple Pies

YUM! Everyone LOVED these!!!! The only change I made though was that I added vanilla, cinnamon, and ground ginger to the dough since some people's reviews said that it didn't have enough flavor. That did it for us! Thanks for the DELICIOUS recipe=) Will double, or maybe even triple the recipe next time!!!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

DELICIOUS!! I used it to top the Banana Bread V from this website and my husband LOVED it! So rich and creamy. Tastes even better once it's been chilled over night in the refrigerator. Thanks for sharing=)

Banana Bread V

This was soooo good!! I did make some slight changes though...toasted almonds instead of walnuts, added a few more bananas and 1 teaspoon each of ground ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla...YUM!!! I even had enough batter left over to make 24 mini muffins! Thanks for sharing!! Absolutely delicious=)
