Mushroom Rice
Pretty good recipe. I'd use it again. I used brown rice and found that I needed to use 3 cups of broth. Two cups and the alloted time of 20 min didn't work for me. I had to simmer for about 30 min. Even then, all the liquid was gone but the rice wasn't done. So I added another cup of broth, brought it back to a boil for about 3 minutes and then simmered it until all liquid was gonee and it worked. Very tasty!

Quick Chicken Divan
Not a bad recipe for a quick, easy meal. Because I read lots of reviews saying that it lacked flavor, I cooked the chicken with Season All and then added a little more and pepper to the soup mixture. Also, I added more cheese than it called for because my husband and teenager like "cheesy". (I used sharp cheddar which helped with the flavor too.) They both seemed to like it--went for seconds. My three year old ate it too.

Muenster Chicken and Mushrooms
I used what I had on hand and varied a little from the recipe -- I used cheddar cheese instead of muenster and finely crushed Triscuit crackers instead of bread crumbs -- and the chicken was DELICIOUS! My husband loved it and so did my picky teenager! The chicken was so moist, perfect! I'm keeping this recipe on hand, for sure!
