I can't stay out of the kitchen most days. I love to try cooking anything and everything. I wish I could get better at the Asian flavours but it gives me something to work on.

Pizza from scratch, Bread, Asian Pork Loin, Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, and on and on. And fajitas :)

My buddies and placed 3rd in a rib bbq'ing contest. I organized and designed the menu for a work event where we served 350 people fajitas.

Over-salting but I usually try and forget them :)

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Nobody who tried these didn't really like them. They are great, easy to put together and tasty! Nice recipe.

White Bean Dip
Hi, Love this dip. Made it last night and used it for the base of a bruschetta with tomatoes and feta. Having today with leftover roast chicken on a baguette as a sandwich. Am thinking about tossing it with pasta tonight. So good! Haven't used it as dip yet :) The only thing I did slightly different was to drizzle the olive oil in after everything else was pureed. I drizzled it in while the processor was running until it was the consistency I wanted.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes
Super tasty but took way longer in the oven than 30 minutes. More like 50. Otherwise very easy and good. I suppose you could brown them in the morning and finish them in the evening.
