Cheese Dip with Beer
Works best if you do not use low fat cream cheese, Mozzeralla cheese and Cheddar cheese because you will get a grainy texture. You need the fats to have a creamy texture. Cooking it at a high temperature and for a long period of time can also add to the poor texture.

Southern Spicy Fried Chicken
This sounds great and I will try it some day but I will cut the recipe down to 4-6 servings.

Salad with Artichokes
This is a simple salad with outstanding flavor and eye appeal. I served this with a chicken breast pomadora and rosemarie with rice in butter and it was attractive and delicious.
