Butternut Squash Soup
I love this soup! I've made it at least six times. I roast the squash for 20-25 minutes first and halve the cream cheese. I'm thinking it'll make a nice Thanksgiving day soup.

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
This was tasty but very sweet. I think I'll either cut down the honey or eliminate the sugar next time I make it.

Szechwan Shrimp
I would absolutely make this again. It was fantastic. I stir-fried some vegetables (onion, carrot, red pepper, snow peas, mushrooms broccoli) and doubled the sauce. I also paired it with the Asian Coconut Rice recipe on this site. The combination was great.
