I'm 20, in college, and living with my boyfriend. He just recently got a new job that requires us to move around alot, so I've been trying to teach myself how to cook for all the nights we will be spending alone together. I love to bake (cookies especially), usually I make chicken but I'd like to start cooking with more fish eventually. My mom's cornbread stuffing-the best stuff ever. I figured out how to make it last year at thanksgiving. Chicken Parmesean, stuffed chicken breasts, and cookies always turn out great!
