Banana Banana Bread

The bananas that I had on hand were still green so I put them in an 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to ripen them. I used 5 medium sized bananas and the bread turned out great!

Beef Stroganoff III

I used Ground beef and 1 medium onion instead of the green onions. I also added 3/4 tsp of nutmeg which is a "secret" ingredient that I add to all stroganoff recipes.
