Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
This chicken is delicious! My husband and I have this all the time now that we've tried it. I didn't make a single change to this recipe.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
My husband picked to make this potato recipe out of all the others listed for roasted potatoes. This was absolutely delicious and we eat it with our dinners quite frequently now. We used baby new potatoes instead of red potatoes and the flavor was still incredible.

Asian Fire Meat

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This recipe was delicious but way too salty. I'm not sure how to tweak it to make it better. I had an Asian beef dinner tonight that called for equal parts rice wine and soy sauce. The flavor was good. That is probably what needs to be done here. I will try changing this recipe up on my own and see how it tastes. Thanks for the recipe.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This is such a good, basic, and easy soup to make. I make this just about every time that I'm sick in the winter and when I'm feeling well. There are no changes needed to this recipe; it is good the way it is written here. Thank you!

Thank you Jamie! This recipe is really good the way it is written here. There are no changes needed. This is a restaurant quality soup. Delicious!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
Goodness these were soooo good and they did in fact taste just like they're from a restaurant, but they are so bad for you. My advice for those that are hesitant to make these because of the frying is to bake them or grill them instead. They're good either way with the base of this recipe. No changes needed; this recipe was good as is. This is a great party pleaser, but my husband and I shared them between the two of us with onion rings and celery with ranch dressing. So good!

Beer Cheese Dip II

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
I love this recipe with Corona. I'm a sucker for both corona and cheese anyway so this recipe works for me. There is a beer cheese recipe that my family makes with the jarred "old english" cheese and when I made it it made me sick. This recipe did not make me sick and it tasted beautifully as is with no additions or changes. Just a side note, this cheese is a lot better once it's been refrigerated for a few hours. Thanks for the recipe!

Blackened Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This is the best blackened chicken recipe on this site, however, it does not rate up the the blackened chicken that my mom used to make. I'm trying to find the recipe that my mom used because I can't figure out what isn't right in this one. It's worth trying and I did like it enough to even make it again, but it's not the best.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
I cannot get enough of this "chili". My mom used to make this chili for us in the winter and I must admit, it makes me feel like a pro when I make it for myself now that I'm 4000+ miles away from home (even though it's nowhere near difficult to make). There is nothing in this recipe that needs to be changed. It is great the way it is written here, and with a few dashes of tabasco of course. :)

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
I thought this recipe was good, but I don't think that it is restaurant-style. I am still looking for a fried rice recipe that tastes similar to what I would buy from an asian restaurant.

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This recipe was great and needed no changes to the ingredients or preparation. I would recommend this sandwich to both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. I will make this recipe all summer long. It makes me feel like I'm running my own sandwich business out of my kitchen because it takes like something you'd get from a great restaurant. Well done!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This recipe was easy and delicious. I've had black bean soup one other time in my life, at Panera Bread, and it was awful. This recipe needed no changes whatsoever. I highly recommend this recipe for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This was actually a really nice recipe with no need to change the original ingredients. I did however double the sauce (which I don't think is a bad idea). The flavor was not too strong or salty as with other Asian recipe renditions on this site. My husband is a very picky eater so I've been trying out new recipes while he's gone. I have a feeling that this is one that he'd like.

Cocktail Wieners II

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2008
I made this recipe ahead of time for a party and had a my friend's little girl (who would be at the party) try it before I made a second batch. She said she absolutely loved it and so I let her snack on a few before I put in a second package of cocktail wieners. The sauce was enough for two packs of 16oz wieners (32oz in total) so I just added them to the portion of sauce I'd already made. I must admit I was very sceptical about this recipe because of the jelly, but there's no way you could possibly know that jelly is in the sauce unless someone told you. This is an excellent recipe. I would recommend letting the wieners cook slower and longer in the sauce to get the full effect of the flavor. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cincinnati Chili I

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2006
This tasted exactly like the chili back home (in Cincinnati). I live in England for now and it really gave me a sense of home. I ate it for three days straight.
