Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
If you are looking for a great sugar cookie recipe "this is it" wow, these cookies are wonderful, they are easy to make, taste great and they bake just perfect, I like a cookie with a slighty crispy edge and soft melt in your mouth center, this cookie is it and they stay that way

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
this was absolutly wonderful, I put in about 3/4 c ketchup and warmed the sauce on the stove top, I also added 2 tbsp corn starch that i mixed with about 1/3 c. cold water but I added that to the sauce about 1 min. before it was done cooking on the stove top, I also used chicken legs, cooked the chicken in the oven covered for 40 min. pulled it out poured on sauce (reserving about 3/4 c) and baked it in oven for 10 more min. then added the rest of sauce and placed it under broiler on low for 2-3 min. comes out perfect, very tender & tasty, and not extremely sweet

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
I followed this recipe exactly as written except I used frosting from clone of a cinnabon (wonderful frosting) this recipe was good but I dont think it is as good as cinnabon, it was soft but not very gooey, maybe next time I'll add extra brown sugar & cinnamon. An over all good recipe but doesn't have that wow factor

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
Greattt dish, i added finely chopped broccoli & used obrien hashbrowns (it has bellpepper & onion)and i also reduced the parmesan cheese to 1 cup & added 1/2 cup bread crumbs, gives the topping a more crustier top (the topping was my favorite) went well with the ham, potatoes & broccoli

Cherry Dream Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
this cake would be really good if the 'cool whipped frosting' from this site was used instead of the this frosting made with cream cheese, I love things made with cream cheese but this was heavy and I dont think went well with this cake, the cake itself was awsome, the geletin in it was really good

Calico Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2007
I have this recipe from a church cookbook that is really good, the only differance is to use only 1/2 c. brown sugar & instead of baked beans use a can of chili beans that will make a differance in the sweetness

Crumby Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
With changes this recipe is very good, I added seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper & parmesan cheese to seasoned bread crumbs, I also baked first 1/2 hr covered like a nother viewer suggested, I also sprayed a little butter on after uncovering potatoes for a crispier topping, cooked till tender & topped with bacon crumbs & sour cream

Vickie's Beer Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2007
this recipe is very good, you can use anything with carbination if you dont want to use beer, nonalcohalic beer works, also if you like a little touch of sweetness to your bread you can also use a soda like coke or sprite, also adding some chedder cheese is great also. Great with a spinach and herb dip
