My favorite things to cook
Variety. I'm bored with the same thing all the time. I've stuck with Italian and Tex-Mex so far, but now I want to branch out and try other nationalities.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
We LOVE these! We leave out the raisins, and ice them with a cream cheese/powdered sugar concoction. Amazing!

Rosemary Lemon Grilled Chicken
Who thought of using butter in a marinade? That was a disaster - it solidified the minute it touched the cold chicken, so it was very difficult to spread and only use a little at a time. Switch the butter to olive oil, and it would be fine.

Greek Pasta Salad I
We're liking the Greek! We didn't use this dressing though - we used a different Greek vinaigrette that I made.
