Spaghetti with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Faboulous- With these adaptions: Use fresh garlic and fresh basil instead of dried, and add 5 fresh chopped tomatoes. In terms of cooking, mix in the parmesan when serving rather than cooking it with the vegetables. Fantastic, thanks for my yummy lunch x

Alicia's Aloo Gobi
A very good vegetarian curry, especially if your feeding a big (or very hungry!) family. I made a few adaptions, i used half/half natural yoghurt and vegetable stock instead of coconut milk, left out the cinnamon, and added the garam masala at stage two. I will make again, next time with lots of chopped fresh coriander for extra oomph.

Creamy PHILADELPHIA Penne Pasta with Chicken
Righty. rather nice and really quick, very good when you dont have much time but you want flavour. But adaptions are needed, hence three stars. I doubled the milk, added garlic and some sliced mushrooms. When you add everything, dont cook for 5 minutes make it 10 so it thickens. Thank you, yummy!
