This dish was great and even better as leftovers! I cut the meat down by 1/2 (trying to slim down on proportion size) but still made the gravy mixture as directed. However, I did use onion/mushroom dip/soup mix in anticipation of utilizing the extra gravy for the "easy ground beef stroganoff" recipe for the following nights dinner. I followed that recipe when browning meat, onion, & mushrooms then added the leftover gravy. Use on top of egg noodles. My family loved it. A definite step-up from Hamburger Helper and very FAST!

Recipe was easy and I was able to prepare early & bake later (for on the go moms). I followed the suggestion to put the stuffing on the bottom.
