Mom of two, new to being a stay at home mom and trying to find more to life and to eat for my kids that the usual nuggets and fries!! =)
Sad thing is I am married to a Professional Chef, usually the first question asked to a wife of a Chef goes something like this "ooohhhh your so lucky, does he do all the cooking at home" NO NO NO. Fine dining has most business during the night leaving my low grade cooking talents to nourish our children on my own. So 5-6 nights a week I am search of the recipe that please all quick and easy for me and good an nutritious for them.
My favorite things to cook
Anything that is quick and doesn't require a ton of hard to get ingredients or time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Going out to eat...LOL
My cooking triumphs
I feel like anytime I cook a good meal I made a triumph. I love when I make something the kids love (especially when I sneak in something they don't like and they still say it's good). But I about burst when I make something and my hubby (the Chef) eats the leftovers and says that was really good!! Then I am pretty happy.
My cooking tragedies
ohhhhh so many so many, each meal usually has one, but every once in a while I will just be easy and fall into place.
