Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
My boyfriend liked it, I thought it lacked flavour. I followed Corinne's suggestions (most helpful). I loved that when we came home from work dinner was ready but the dish seemed so one dimensional. I think all day for the potatoes was a bit much too. they were starting to fall apart and cover the rest of the ingredients, making every bite taste like potato. I probably won't make this again.
