Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

The only change we made was to use whole wheat spaghetti instead of linquine and this was fabulous. We'll definitely make it again.

Harvest Salad

We first made this salad several months ago and it has become one of our favorites. We make it at least once a month. It's awesome as-is.

Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus

We used full cans of both black beans and chickpeas so we doubled everything else. I made this for my family and everyone loved it!
