Green Velvet Soup
At first this soup tasted mostly like broccoli and a little bland, so I added 1 teaspoon herbs de Provence and it turned out awesome! A great way to get a lot of veggies!

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
I will definitely make this again. I used jarred peppers, added 1/2 tsp dried sage, and did not add the butter. It worked great over farfalle with veggie sausage and roasted acorn squash. Awesome sauce!
