Chocolate Mint Cookies I
These cookies turned out fabulous! The only problem was that I put the dough in the fridge over night, instead of just 1 hour. The dough was as hard as a rock when I took it out. I had to leave it on the top of the stove, while my oven pre-heated, to melt it a bit to even work with it. That was the only snag. They came out wonderful in the end though!
