Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style
I cooked the chicken on a George Forman grill, so it came out a little on the dry side. I live in an apartment, so grilling was out of the question. I also used non-fat Fage Greek yogurt to make the tzazki sauce. That came out great!! Overall, this came out well.

Peanut Butter Temptations II
These came out wonderful! I would suggest, however, to not press down the dough in the mini muffin pan. Just roll it into 1 inch size balls and place it into the pan. Also, the peanut butter cup will take a while to cool off completely. I would put them in the fridge for about an hour (after you cool them to around room temperature) before you try to stack them without smudging.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I
These cookies turned out fabulous! The only problem was that I put the dough in the fridge over night, instead of just 1 hour. The dough was as hard as a rock when I took it out. I had to leave it on the top of the stove, while my oven pre-heated, to melt it a bit to even work with it. That was the only snag. They came out wonderful in the end though!
