Dark Chocolate Cake I

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
While I have never had Irish Soda Bread before this was a very good, hearty bread. It went very well with corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day. I imagine it would be good with many meals as it was almost like a loaf of southern biscuit. Followed the recipe and cooking directions with no problems at all.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Great recipe. I did add a little pumpkin pie spice in the recipe once with little difference. Every time I have made this recipe the bread disappears very quickly.
