Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread
This is a great base but I had to make too many changes to give it a higher rating. I didnt use frozen dough, I whipped up a batch of "Sy's Challah" from this site. I also omitted the green onion/eggs, used minced garlic instead of the powder and had to up the butter to approx 1/2 cup as what was listed wasnt nearly enough. I made two for a dinner party and everyone gobbled them up!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
Great recipe! I used the "pie crust IV" recipe from this site to go with it. For my first time making it I was really impressed and it was a definite hit at dinner! The only addition I made was to add 1/8tsp of lemon juice to the egg whites to counteract the shrinking/weeping and I used about 4 lemons (1/2 cup of juice) and omitted the rind since I dont like the gritty texture. Will definitely use again. Thanks!
