Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

These biscotti are very good. I made the recipe as is except for substituting the pistachio with cashews as that is what I had on hand. Great for your Christmas cookie tray.

I made this for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it. It was moist and delicious. Only changes I made were to add nutmeg, allspice and a bit of cloves.

Amish White Bread

Wonderful white bread. I halved the recipe, used all purpose flour and decreased sugar to 2 tbsp. Made it in my KA and came out beautifully.
