Pumpkin Cake III
I made this for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it. It was moist and delicious. Only changes I made were to add nutmeg, allspice and a bit of cloves.

Best Spanish Rice
We really enjoyed this rice, very easy to make. I added a bit of cumin and chili powder and increased the liquid by 1/2 cup.

Amish White Bread
Wonderful white bread. I halved the recipe, used all purpose flour and decreased sugar to 2 tbsp. Made it in my KA and came out beautifully.
