About this Cook
I'm a WOHM, married to one busy man, and we have 2 little boys ages 5 and 4. I also volunteer in my son's kindergarten class, care for my 93 year old grandma...and in my free time I enjoy cooking! =D
My favorite things to cook
I love baking, but like to try new things all the time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love hosting holiday dinners, and having my family here to enjoy a yummy meal
My cooking triumphs
I think my latest triumph was baking bread from scratch! All four of us devoured the full loaf of bread in about 2 minutes! It was delicious.
My cooking tragedies
Haven't really had one yet.

Pizza Dough I
This was so easy and quick to make. I followed the directions and it came out great. I've never made a pizza dough that I didn't let rise, but this was quick and easy and tasted delicious. Highly recommended for those who don't have time to allow for the dough to rise.

Quiche Lorraine II
I made this last night, and followed the recipe exactly and it came out wonderfully. It was simple and delicious. I'll make a few changes next time, but adding mushrooms and maybe a little less milk, but it is great as is!
