Italian Dressing Mix
Like most reviewers, I used garlic powder in place of garlic salt and only 1 T. of added salt. It was great on a sub sandwich. The dry mix also works well for seasoning meat. Very versatile and easy to change a bit for personal taste.

Multi-Grain Pancakes
These pancakes were nice and fluffy! I usually leave pancake batter rest a bit which I think helps. I only had whole wheat pastry flour, but that seemed to work well. I only had a half cup of plain yogurt so I used vanilla yogurt for the remaining cup. For a bit more flavor, I added a couple tablespoons of sugar and used butter instead of oil. Because of the added sugar and vanilla flavor from the yogurt I did not use any syrup, I though they were great plain!

Kristin's Fudgy Brownies
I made the recipe as written. The baking time given would have been too long in my oven; I took them out at about 30 minutes. I was hoping this recipe would be an enhanced version of the original Hershey syrup recipe, but it wasn't. It was lacking in flavor and the texture was less than appealing for me.
