Golden Pork Chops

This recipe turned out really good for me. I did brown the chops in a skillet a couple minutes on each side - I rubbed them with thyme and pepper, and browned them in olive oil and garlic. Thanks for the great recipe.

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes

Thank you for this wonderful recipe. The thyme is just right. I made it with golden mushroom soup, and medium-thicker potato slices, and it turned out great.
