Maria's Rice
This rice was a great side. Not too bland. Simple. I just added some frozen veggies to it to give it some color. Great.

Carrot Cake III
Best carrot cake I have ever made or tasted. Easy. Very moist. The only change I made was leaving out the nuts and doubling the carrots. Everyone loved it and I have made it numerous times.
