Pineapple Bars
These ROCK!! The only changes I made to the ingredients were to add 1 TBL. lemon juice to the filling, and 1 TBL. vanilla to the crust/topping. I have NO idea how this is supposed to fit in to a 13 by 9; I sure didn't have enough stuff, so I stuck it in an 8 by 8 pan and they came out SO yummy! I will ABSOLUTELY make these again.

Peanut Butter Brownies I
Wonderful! I was out of peanuts so I used crunchy peanut butter- as I like peanut butter and chocolate and had a trough (I bought a lot when they wernt on sale after X-mas) of Hershey's Kisses, I threw a bunch of those in as well and they were gobbled up! This second time I made them I added the kisses again, used smooth peanut butter, and tossed in a small bag of chopped pecans. They're in the oven now!

Ground Beef Stroganoff
My husband thought this was quite tasty. We did make a few changes- I opted for 1 package of fresh mushrooms rather than canned, I also added black perrper and salt. Also I used minced garlic rather than garlic powder. On my end, I do think it needed a lil something.. maybe very thin strips of green bell pepper and a shot of red wine? I will be tweaking it further next time I make it.
