Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This truly is perfect! Very simple, very easy, and very good. I don't even like pumpkin pie and I have to admit that this was tasty. Make this for Thanksgiving dinner!!!

Perfect Turkey
By making this turkey, I may have inadvertantly permanently moved Thanksgiving dinner to my house! It was an absolute hit, especially for being the first turkey that I've made. Don't be intimidated by the brining and don't omit it. It's easy to do and the results are more than worthwhile. The vegetables turned out nice, but I may use a different combination for the stuffing next year. Truly is "Perfect Turkey"!

Cranberry Gelatin Salad I
An absolute hit at Thanksgiving! My apprehensive dad even raved about it. Super easy and quick to make. Perfect for taking to a potluck, too. Don't omit the nuts as some other reviewers suggest...they really balance the tastes in this salad. If someone doesn't like nuts, they can always take a scoop from the bottom instead of the top (where the pecans are).
