Tomato Basil Soup I
While this is not the yummiest tomato soup, made as is, it is definately the lowest calorie tomato soup and still tasty. Worth making for sure.

Confetti Bean Salad
Followed recipe exactly. Thought at first there was not enough dressing but once I let it sit it was perfect. So glad I decided to make this salad. A+

Barbeque Halibut Steaks
Wonderful recipe for fresh halibut steaks. I made enough marinade for 3 steaks even though I was only grilling two and it was all used up. Only change I made was using extra virgin olive oil instead of butter. Will make again..soon!!
