Cookng with beer means one for the recipe . . . and at least one for me. Slainte! I love cooking, and eating, ethnic foods . . . Irish, Mexican, Indian, German, etc. I also enjoy many American cultural cuisines such as Southern, Southwest and Cajun. My most cherished recipes are from my paternal grandmother. She never used recipes, so years ago my mother stood next to her throughout a week-long visit and wrote down everything she did when she cooked or baked. The result is a treasure of recipes no cookbook has yet to match. I've worked in Food Service for over 20 years, someone must think I'm doing something right. Chili-Mac . . . what was I thinking!
