OMG!! This was absolutely phenomenal! I had to make the following substitutions due to lack of ingredients for a serving of 4: 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs and had to add ¼ cup crushed Ritz crackers and 1 tbsp. italian dressing mix as I had no seasoned bread crumbs Added 2 tsp. real bacon crumbles to each chicken breast pocket. Following other reviewer’s advice, I only used ½ the cream cheese and used approximately 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese in each breast. Toothpicks kept breaking so I found some long wooden skewers and wover them into the edge of each breast in order to close it. I then rubbed some of the butter mixture onto each breast and then followed the rest of the recipe exactly as written. I will be making this again and again. Hubby is still raving about it! This sounds delicious but I need to know what "3 (6 ounce) packages raspberry flavored gelatin mix " means. Is that 6 ounces total or are there 6 ounce boxes sold? Hubby brought me 2 .3 ounce boxes and swears that's all they had. Any help? Thanks, Lynn

My husband LOVED this recipe. He is on a restricted salt diet and finding tasty condiments is a huge help for me. I am going to try it with red wine vinegar for myself and I am sure it will be just as tasty! Thanks for the hubby pleasin' recipe.
