Great taste, I did make some changes though. First, I used grilled chicken and diced it really small (no food processor). To the filling I added about a generous tsp of garlic, chopped the broccoli really small and only added 1 cup of it. Used half of the alfredo sauce, added some lowfat ricotta and a mixture of Gouda, Mozzarella and the 1/4 of parm cheese (no cheddar) along with some fresh cracked black pepper. After placing the stuffed shells in the pan, I poured the rest of the Alfredo sauce over the shells along with a little mozzarella. Covered with aluminum foil and baked for about 20 minutes, then took off the foil and sprinkled some diced fresh plum tomatoes over everything, cont to bake for another 15-20 minutes. Everyone loved it! Including the anti-broccoli faction of the household :)
