Pollo Mediterranean
This recipe was delicious. I haven't enjoyed a chicken dinner so much in a long time and its so easy! Being integrated into the regular rotation, for sure! Thank you!

Thai-Inspired Confetti Salad
This salad was amazing! Very refreshing and light. I made the salad about an hour before serving. This let the dressing be soaked up by the veggies and papaya and blended the flavors very well. Definitely will make again.

Chicken Satay
Great taste! Marinated for about an hour (only time I had) and baked, uncovered in its marinade at 350' for about 40 minutes. Thanks!
