I love to bake, that seems to be my new found interest. I love to cook everything.
My cooking triumphs
Ive had alot of triumphs lately, ive been very pleased...lol. Mostly now I can bake from scratch and I love it. Omelets have also been a personal triumph for me.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make a bundt cake one time about 8 years or so ago, my first time to bake anything from scratch. Im not sure what happened, but it turned out hard as a rock, so bad in fact that the birds wouldnt even eat it! lol!

Cake Balls
OMG! You have no idea how ridiculously easy and GOOD this is. I did the chocolate cake and tripe fudge frosting..and they taste like ding dongs.. SOOO GOOD. I honestly thought how can these possibly be good by reading the recipe..boy was I wrong..you will not regret making this one. I just wish Id made it a long time ago! Everyone whos tried it feels the same after getting the recipe. The response is basically whats in this? NO?! really?

Party Mimosa
This was YUMMMY !!! I love mango and these are very very good! Watch out though because they also go down VERY easy! Thank you for a great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna
This was an ok recipe. I followed the recipe exactly as written to give a fair review..First off this has WAY WAY WAY too much salt. So I would leave out that tbsp of salt. Other than that it is a good recipe, but my original is much better. I wont be using this one again..sorry.
