Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

This dish is too salty. Next time I'll use reduced sodium soy sauce. I think the soy and vinegar may work better with beef instead of chicken. I thickend the sauce with corn starch and served over rice.

Chicken Dijon

I dredged my chicken in egg and flour and fried it up in a pan. I made the sauce in the pan using the browned bits as a start for the dijon sauce. It is a tasty dish.

Quick Flaming Cherries Jubilee

I'll give this recipe 5 stars for how easy it is to make. This is a delicious topping for vanilla ice cream. I used Splenda brown sugar to keep the sugar down and served it as dessert after a romantic Valentines day dinner.

I expected this dressing to be a bit thicker. But it is very flavorful. It went well with leftover ground lamb. We made pita pockets with red onion, lettuce and tomato.

Indian Style Sheekh Kabab

When I hear someone say that they don't like lamb, I know that haven't had lamb cooked right. This is lamb cooked right. The combination of herbs and spices blend together to mask any "gamey" flavors. It is also the first time I know of where I had lamb, liked it and it didn't have any garlic in it.
